Actually there is no way to prevent asthma. But an asthma attack can be prevented. Follow the detailed plan provided by your doctor or healthcare team. If you have influenza and pneumonia, then you need to be vaccinated. You also have to identify your asthma triggers, and keep away from them. Consult with your doctor if you have or feel more difficult than previous. Don’t forget to use medicines which have been provided by your doctor. Your condition may improve.
