  • Inability to remain calm and still
  • Having problems in sleeping
  • Over thinking about a problem and inability to stop it

Treatment

There are several ways to treat anxiety disorder. For this, you need to consult with a doctor or a health care provider and work with them.

Psychotherapy can people to cope with anxiety disorder. Among psychotherapy some special forms are more suitable for treatment.

There is no way to tell the cause of a person’s anxiety. It may be so many reasons. But some steps can be taken to lessen the effect of this disorder.

If you wait in expect of getting well automatically, then you are harming yourself. Like some other mental diseases, your anxiety can be more difficult to treat. The next best practice is to do those things which you enjoy much. If you do so, this can keep you tension free. So, enjoy doing your beloved things and caring relationships. Alcohol and drugs may increase your anxiety. If you are addicted to one of these things, it is the best to quit or leave it. If you’re unable to quit or having difficulty, consult with a doctor or other medical professional.
